Ah...the reflex...whatever the heck it is. Even the song doesn't seem to know what the reflex is. I want to find the members of Duran Duran and ask them what the lyrics to "The Reflex" mean. What is is all about? I want to know because I want to understand the nature of the beast that's been living inside my head for the last 4 days. Sure, sometimes a little "New Moon On Monday" creeps in, or perhaps it's thoughts of "Rio," but it always ends with "The Reflex" (or "The Re fle-fle-fle-fle-flex").
Seriously, if anyone has a clear idea what the heck the song is about, please, let me know.
